The ‘G’ word

Tomorrow is the beginning of the end.

The beginning of the end of my college career, that is.

Tomorrow I move back to my university after having enjoyed a fantastic winter break, which was also my last winter break ever.

My break was great, filled with holidays, friends, family, drinks, food, cats, and tons of questions about the ‘G’ word.

My biggest commitment and why I don’t regret it

I’ve made the biggest commitment of my life.

I joined the gym and now I’m committed to it for one year.

I’ve never been the athletic type, despite my skinny, athletic shape.

I may look like I’m in shape, but I’m not. I just have the skinny genes, I guess hah.

To be honest, I’m not in shape or fit at all. I walk up a flight of stairs, and I am exhausted!

 People have always given me a hard time when I say that I want to start working out.

Books rule, eBooks drool

I think it would be safe to say that I am a technology cavewoman.

While everyone was scrolling 100 songs on their iPods in 2003, I was flicking through my 50 songs on my Mp3 player.

While everyone was pulling up the Google browser on their smart phones in 2008, I was texting Cha-Cha for answers to my questions and the Twitter Mobile number to tweet.

While everyone was plugging in their laptops in 2009, I was powering up my desktop PC.

Sad, but true.

I eventually caught up to everyone’s techy trends–I own a 5th generation iPod Nano and an android phone– except for one.
